Terms and Conditions - X-Crafts Screenshot Contest
Eligibility:
The X-Crafts Weekly Flight Contest ("Contest") is open to all individuals aged 18 and above.
Employees of X-Crafts and their family members are not eligible to participate.
Contest Period:
The Contest runs on a monthly basis. Each month's submission period begins on the first day and ends on the last day of the month.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must submit one or more screenshots of their flight with the E-Jets in our dedicated forum topic.
Each entry must include the phrase "X-Crafts Weekly Flight Completed!" and a link to this contest page.
Participants are allowed to submit up to two posts per week, providing a maximum of eight chances to win in a month.
Prize:
One winner will be selected randomly each month to receive store credit worth $50 for the x-plane.org store.
Disqualification:
Participants who submit more than the permitted number of screenshots will be disqualified.
Each user can win only once during the Contest period.
Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen randomly from the pool of eligible entries.
The selection process will occur within the first week of the following month.
Notification:
The selected winner will be notified via the forum and the provided contact details.
If the winner does not respond within seven days, a new winner will be selected.
Publicity:
By entering the Contest, participants grant X-Crafts the right to use their forum username and submitted screenshots for promotional purposes.
General Conditions:
X-Crafts reserves the right to modify or cancel the Contest at any time without prior notice.
X-Crafts is not responsible for technical issues, lost or delayed entries, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

By participating, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
